Because I am emailing them and no one is answering me, and there's a serious problem with my account, with my withdrawal and my deposit, and no one is communicating with me. I even sent information proving where I made a deposit; still, no response.
And y'all state that there is a response within 2 minutes; that is funny. No one is responding within 2 minutes.

I deposited $25 using PayPal because it said I would get a 500% bonus. Then it says to reach out to support and let them know that you would like the additional $100 for using PayPal.
I can see the 500% bonus on my account but it won't allow me to play it. I am not able to reach anyone on support chat or even by phone.

Be like me, and don't play on their site until they get their *** straightened out as far as trying to cash out any winnings.
I won $1000 a few days ago on Bingo Mania. Anyway, I go to withdraw some of my winnings to Money Gram, and then I get an email saying that my request was rejected by 'the system', for that I apparently didn't make a timely deposit within 10 days prior to me winning.
WTF??
That is a bunch of crap! They have these *** rules that they want to play by in order not to pay me, or anyone else in my situation.

When you go to cash out, there is another tax fee you must pay in order for you to get your money. Then, if you call the customer service number (pissed customer number), they say that you have the wrong number and act like they have no idea what you’re talking about. Never.
